It's the sort of thing where I imagine different people would want different resources. Sometimes an entry on howtopronounce.com would be enough, which sounds a bit like what you suggested, except the idea of a cheat sheet for a fandom would sort of need a collection of such entries.

I feel like what I want to describe might actually have a word and exist already, but I just don't know the phrase for what I'm trying to think of.
