I started out with a fandom that didn't use either of the tag options, so it was kind of life changing when I found out there were easier ways than trying to compile my own lists of authors with permission. The FPS List has a link to a browser extension that will make it even easier, too. (Authors with blanket permission will appear green, and a box can be checkmarked to only show authors with blanket permission in searches.)
